These terms were written to clarify the principles and procedures by which we operate and may be subject to change at any time, at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on this website and you will be notified by email. Revised Terms and Conditions will come into effect 7 days after we notify our customers. These terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to you. Please read them carefully and make sure that you understand them before placing an order. [Please note that before placing an order, you will be asked to agree to these terms.]
As our fabric is handwoven in very small batches, products may regularly have to be made to order, which will increase the time it takes to deliver the product to the customer. You will be informed as to whether there are any available in stock or whether one needs to be made for you at the time of purchase.
We endeavour to dispatch items that are in stock within 3 days of payment being received. Should you buy an item that has to be made to order you will receive updates and photographs during the production process and an estimated delivery date by email.
Your order will not be dispatched until we have received payment in full and we expect to receive this within 7 days. Once the order has been dispatched we will email you with an estimated delivery date and tracking number.
If you do not receive your purchase by this date or the items are damaged please email us immediately so that we can investigate whether this is our fault or that of the courier.
If you fail to report any damaged or undelivered goods within 7 days of your receiving the delivery/out with the delivery date specified, we do not accept any responsibility for the damage and are not obliged to give a refund.
Please take care to provide us with the correct address - if you have placed on order and would like to change the delivery address please email us before the item has been dispatched. Packages returned to us that need to be sent out again will incur another postage charge.
All item(s) remain the property of Woven Form until full payment is received and no binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted your order. If we are unable to supply you with a product (e.g. because it is not in stock, we are unable to meet your requested delivery date or because of an error in the price) we will inform you of this by email and will not process your order. If you have already paid, we will refund you the full amount, including any delivery costs paid by you, as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed with your order.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been posted out to you, please confirm this by email as soon as possible and we will reimburse you the cost within 30 days. If your goods are being made to order, any cancellation of, or amendment to, your order must be made before work has begun on it, otherwise it may not be possible for your to cancel the order and you may be held liable for the full amount of payment.
How to pay:
Our online shop uses Stripe Payments to process payments.
All prices quoted on our website are in pounds sterling.
Please be aware that the prices shown under the photograph of the product are exclusive of delivery costs. This is added once the product has been added to your cart and the cost varies depending on the weight of the packaged product.
In line with recent changes to shipping regulations affecting deliveries to the EU we must inform customers that any duties, customs charges and taxes may be charged within your destination country.
Woven Form is trying to keep up with the changes to regulations, but we must admit that our government have not made this easy and we apologise for any confusion. Please bear with us while we get our heads around the situation. If you would like to make a purchase and you are based outside on the UK please do contact us and we will endeavour to help you. We welcome all the support and purchases from our customers and we value your patience and understanding.
